GlassDoor.com is an online community in which members share salaries based on their current positions. Its very easy to search on this site. Just goto the search on the top enter a position, place of job and hit go.
As shown above i searched for 'VP Goldman sach' in 'New York' and see the salary results below.
Salary.com : Its also one of the popular sites. it has two options one with free data and the other with premium (paid) content. The only problem with this site is it has lots of Ad's and not very user friendly to user. Other then that it would give you extensive graph break out of the pay. As shown below i have searched the free data for the pay of 'Top Audit Executive' in New york.
Payscale.com : Another site that does the salary checkout for a particular position. They collect a lot of data initially from you and give you the option to sign up or continue as anonymous. The quality of the data is quite good.
